Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. The service

mehrradar ("radar", "the service") is a network monitoring tool operated by Mehrnet. It runs availability and latency checks against network targets you configure -- proxy servers, hosts, and URLs -- from our monitoring nodes, and shows you the results. Creating an account requires solving a proof-of-work challenge in your browser; no email address or personal details are requested at signup.

2. Accounts and credentials

3. Acceptable use

4. Billing

The service is prepaid and billed per check at the rates shown on the pricing information served by the API. Checks only bill while your probes are active and funded; an unfunded or suspended account bills nothing. Balances are not interest-bearing. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before escalating -- we would rather fix it.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Monitoring data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; do not rely on radar as your sole monitoring or safety system. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehrnet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages -- including lost profits, missed alerts, or data loss -- arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; an account whose balance is exhausted and that remains inactive is handled by the lifecycle in section 2. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
